Took a leap of faith buying a bike unseen and having it delivered halfway across the country. The guys at Colwins described every mark and issue on the bike and sent over photos, and were very flexible with the delivery time. When the bike was delivered they allowed me to decide whether the bike was as described or not, before they took payment. Really helpful, friendly, and genuine bunch of folks. Would definitely recommend.
