What I found best about Colwins was the after sales care. I bought a bike from these guys and there was a gremlin in there somewhere. John reassured me that they would sort the issue and they did with no argument. They clearly don't like the idea of bikers off the road as the turn around time was incredible and, touch wood, I've had no problems since. John and his team of mechanics pulled out all the stops to get me back on the road which is hugely appreciated.
Buy a bike from these guys and you're guaranteed good customer service, honesty and a good deal.
Hopefully I won't be in need of another bike any time soon, but when the day comes, I'll certainly be a returning customer.
